Breakfast - forgot to take a photo, was same as this but half the avocado and an extra banana, trying to Zone 1 meal. Hated it so not going to do that again.
Lunch - spick chicken, mixed veg, coconut and banana
Dinner - cod, avocado, sweet potato and butternut squash mash
Today is first official day of the nutrition challenge im taking oart in via Hammerdown CrossFit - 30 days of paleo. Going to post a photo of all my eating, aiming to eat strict for those 30 days. Breakfast will usually be the same as its been for last few days -
Breakfast - Salmon trimmings, 3 eggs, handfull of spinach, olive oil, avacado, black pepper
Lunch - Smoked mackerel, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, banana

Pork steak, left over sweet potato and butternut squash, avocado. Blackberries for desert
So going to try this againb. I have signed up for a nutrition challenge over at Hammerdown CrossFit - got a friend who trains there and as usual I need some kind of motivation and accountability. The challenge starts on Monday for a month but have spent the last couple of weeks trying to clean up my eating in preperation for it
I also just got the Robb Wolf Paleo Solution book so reading through that this weekend
My plan is to photograph my meals and post them up here just for a record, I will try and do a nutritional break dow using Fitday for each meal. I amy very boring when it comes to meals, if i find something I like, can make fast and easily then I will probably have it most days
