Day 3 september 29th

Breakfast - salmon, eggs, spinach, olive oil, avocado

Lunch - bag of veg, rottissie chicken, coconut chunks all from Asda

Dinner - left over turkey sausage, tin of tomatos with chilis, mushrooms, radish, spinach ( turned into a kind of soup ), avocado, grapes

Snack - raisens, nuts, coconut

Coffe count - 3 black

  1. Awesome dude. I'm afraid I'd still overeat on paleo though . . .

  2. yeah i need to ditch the raisens out of my little mix because i think i could eat that by the pound!
