Breakfast - salmon, eggs, olive oil, spinach, creamed coconut ( ran out of avocado ) coffee and cocnut milk
Lunch - beef stir fry, brocolli, red pepper, red onion, white cabbage, slice of bacon, olive oil, chilis
Dinner - chicken breast, butternut squash and sweet potato mash ( just finishing off the last of these), garam masala powder
Snack - raisens, coconut, nuts
