Day 5 Friday 1st October

Breakfast - eggs, salmon, spinach, olive oil, avocado

Lunch - Roast Chicken, avocado, steamed veg ( done in micro wave) black coffee

Dinner - steak, left over sweet potato and butternut squash mash, frozen blackberries and cocnut milk

Coffee count -3 black, 1 with cocnut milk
