Day 20 - October 16th


Usual breakfast


Lunch - River cobbler with sweet potato and butternut squash mash


Dinner - Chicken, bacon, left over sweet potato and butternut squash mash, apple


Snack - frozen summer berries, coconut milk, topped with crumbled mixed nuts and honey.
Was supposed to be paleo cookies, but didnt puit enough honey in.
