
Breakfast - forgot to take a photo, was same as this but half the avocado and an extra banana,
trying to Zone 1 meal. Hated it so not going to do that again.

Lunch - spick chicken, mixed veg, coconut and banana

Dinner - cod, avocado, sweet potato and butternut squash mash

Snack - coconut, mixed nuts, raisens
Coffee count - 4 black
Just noticed I had way to many bananas today
